The services industry in India has done a great job of equipping people to be engaged in these Centres twenty five years back and there were career progressions planned based on the tremendous growth that they experienced. It is again therefore our duty to provide an environment that would nudge the existing employees to re learn and map their future skills. In the end of course it is each individual who should act on what they assimilate and how they would improve their learnability index

We are proud to share that we lit a spark in more than 100 professionals in a span of two days using experiential learning on how they can internalise the pace of change and improve their learnability index. Through a series of games physical and virtual we provided an environment where the individual realises that their learnability index is a key quotient for future skills. As children our learning capabilities are very high and some where in our adult professional lives we stop to enjoy and remember and learn that to fall down and get up and run is fun too.
